📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it take to ship my order?
Jewelry orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S.
Which carrier do you use?
We primarily ship with UPS for domestic and international orders. Once your package enters your country, your local mail carrier will complete the final delivery.
Where do orders ship from?
We ship from our locations in the USA (Florida) and EU (Amsterdam), depending on your location and product availability.
Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 4–10 business days
- Europe: 2–7 business days
- Australia/NZ: 5–15 business days
- Rest of World: 5–20 business days
Didn’t receive your order?
Please email Kimberly@addornu.com with your order number. We’ll help locate your package as quickly as possible.
🌍 CUSTOMS, TAXES & FEES
We label each package clearly to support fast and smooth customs clearance. However, some international orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT, especially within the EU.
Note: Any customs charges or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. For accurate info, consult your local customs office.
🔄 ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders begin processing quickly. If production hasn’t started yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and request.
Note: Custom-made items (like Metal Art) are final sale and cannot be canceled once production starts.
📷 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and provide:
- A photo of the item
- Your order number
We’ll resolve the issue right away and send a replacement if needed. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
🔁 REMAKE OR EXCHANGE
If you’re not satisfied with your item and want to remake it, we offer a 30-day remake policy. Contact us with your concerns and order info—we’ll work with you to make it right.
🎨 WHY DOES MY ITEM LOOK DIFFERENT THAN ONLINE?
We aim to represent each item as accurately as possible. Some product images use digital renderings for faster display of multiple styles and variations. If your item looks significantly different or seems defective, please send us a few clear photos along with your order number. We’ll review and respond promptly.
